Ohm's Law & DC Circuits Trainer
The CL-1919-06 Ohm’s Law & DC Circuits trainer is a self-contained educational learning system designed to assist instructors in teaching students basic electrical and electronic theory. Electromagnetism Trainer
The ConsuLab CL-1902 Electromagnetism trainer is designed for your students to physically demonstrate, test, measure, and experience electromagnetism using a “hands-on” approach to learning. Many aspects of a modern vehicle, whether a car, truck, combustion powered, hybrid or electrically driven, depend on some form of electromagnetism. Demonstrate, visualize and experience hands-on the principles of electromagnetism as applied to modern vehicles. Students will prove their learning through a series of self-paced student exercises and experiments while they practice and demonstrate basic principles of electromagnetism.
Connector Trainer - Circuit & Signal Acquisition
ConsuLab has created an intuitive student-led learning system to practice proper non-destructive back-probing of connectors and components while measuring voltages, resistances, and waveform signals using both oscilloscopes and digital multimeters. The tabletop format makes it easy to use and accessible for students to learn. The product includes a simulated ECU, multiple sensors and connectors, and a power supply. Student competency can be measured through instructor-controlled fault scenarios that students then diagnose.
Single-sided CAN Bus Multiplex System Trainer
The ConsuLab MP-1918-1S is a CAN Bus Multiplex trainer that communicates in J-1939 protocol. Digital and analog inputs and outputs can be activated. Analog signals can be displayed using the J-1939 display. The trainer utilizes the “Moduponent®” design feature which allows unlimited expansion capabilities. This unit is equipped with an integrated electronic fault box containing 12 faults.
Single-sided Automotive Lighting System Trainer
The ConsuLab CL-1918-4S_053304 trainer has been developed to teach modern automotive lighting systems through student led hands-on learning exercises where reinforcement of circuit understanding is enhanced. All learning exercises are written at three different student competence levels. (Basic, Some Experience and Advanced) with each using different wiring schematics. This product is also used for the teaching of Ohm’s Law, basic and advanced circuits, relay controlled circuits, power side and ground side switched circuits.

The EM-200-05 trainer allows for the demonstration of a complete power seat system using real-world components. Terminal block receptacles are provided for diagnostic test points. Fault insertion included. The trainer requires a 12V power supply to operate.

Cutaway Starting System Trainer
The EM-200-19 Starting System Trainer allows for the demonstration of a complete starting system using real-world components. Key areas of the starter have been cutaway to allow visual observation of major components while still being functional. Requires a 12V battery or jump box to operate.
EVAP System Trainer
The EM-200-22 EVAP trainer is designed as a functional evaporative emissions system based on a Chevrolet Cobalt platform. It can be used to teach the operational functions of a typical evaporative emission system. It also has the capability of demonstrating the cause and effect of having a small and/or large system leak. Students are able to visualize the components of the system and can hookup test equipment to learn how system leaks will affect performance.
Speed & Position Trainer
The EM-200-25 Speed and Position Sensors trainer is used to demonstrate the operation, diagnosis and testing of common types of analog and digital speed and position sensors as they operate on a real vehicle all in one convenient place. The trainer provides a safe and effective method of demonstrating the operating principles of different types of speed and position sensors that are common on today’s cars and trucks normally used for wheel speed, engine speed and vehicle speed.
SRS Restraints & Air Bag Diagnostic Trainer
The EM-300-07 SRS Restraints & Air Bag Diagnostic Trainer is designed to help instructors teach supplemental restraint systems and their interaction with the sensors and diagnostics.
